Welcome to our course for advanced English learners.
This level is tailored to advanced learners (C1) and will provide the student with the opportunity to test him- or herself on different aspects of the English language.
The English Level C1 focuses on the following:

- Expressing reservations
- Expressing empathy and sympathy
- Emphasizing an issue or a feeling
- Expressing feelings or attitudes
- Speculating about events in past, present, future
- Discussing complex subjects in detail.

Grammar:
- Tenses: The future perfect and the future continuous
- Comment and viewpoint adverbs
- Reflexive pronouns

- Common intensifying adverbs
- Variations on past unreal conditionals
- Contracting Ideas: The use of conjunctions
- Ellipsis
- Emphasis: Cleft sentences, inversion and auxiliaries
At the end of the English level C1 course, the student should be able to:
- Express ideas clearly and fluently, and use the language flexibly and effectively.
- Understand subtle jokes and implicit meanings within a conversation.
- Understand a wide range of demanding, longer texts.
- Produce cohesive, complex and detailed texts on a variety of subject matters, using appropriate levels of formality.
- Use grammatical structures confidently.
